Any resemblance to a boring history class is purely coincidental!

Beckett Graham and Susan Vollenweider: Two women. Half the population. Several thousand years of history. About an hour.
Thank you for the podcast on Josephine Baker-what an amazing woman!
In regards to your mention of her “cameo” in Anastasia, I wanted to point out that she is briefly portrayed in the movie “The Triplets of Belleville” doing her banana dance. It’s somewhat of a caricature and “cartoonish”, but I appreciate it more after seeing footage of her actual dancing and outrageous facial expressions.
Thanks again for the great show and I can’t wait to see who is featured in the next episode!!!
Thank you for telling us and for pointing out another cameo! She was such a unique woman, with such a unique life- it was really fun learning more about her and sharing it.
