Beckett Graham and Susan Vollenweider: Two women. Half the population. Several thousand years of history. About an hour.
Loved this episode! I also tend to favor the darker versions of fairy tales. Much more effective in communicating morals, if you ask me. 🙂
Thanks for the afternoon entertainment ladies!
I stumbled upon your amazing show as I was stumbling along on the treadmill. As a woman who minored in Renaissance Garden Architecture – you two have become my new heroines. Thanks for the great shows – now if you could just produce each podcast a bit more quickly I will be back in my skinny jeans in no time!
Really enjoyed the breakdown of the different Cinderella versions! I was really wondering if I would get into it since Cinderella was a fairy tale, but the history behind it was fabulous. I love some of the darker versions much more – it’s just a better story with the drama 🙂
